Lanier Urgent Care offers virtual telemedicine services, also referred to as telehealth, to patients all over Georgia. Our telehealth consultations utilize live video and simulate an in-office consultation between patients and our providers, giving patients the care they need at their convenience.

Schedule an appointment and a member of our team will call you to verify insurance information and collect any necessary copayments. Afterward, we’ll add you to our virtual queue of patients. Once it’s your turn, your online appointment will begin

Once you join the virtual screen, our front desk will call you to verify your personal information and insurance and collect copay. Once paperwork and insurance verifcation is completed, you will be placed in the appointment queue where our staff will triage you before the virtual appointment with one of our providers.

  • If you use any other telemedicine service, you run the risk of paying twice. If your symptoms are too serious, you will be told to go to your nearest urgent care center, and you will have to pay for both visits. With Lanier Urgent Care telemedicine, if your symptoms turn out to be too serious for treatment, whatever you paid for the online visit will be applied toward a visit in our office! Also, you will get to know our providers as well as our support staff who will be taking care of you.
